Payment

Payment can be made via credit card (Master and Visa only), EFT or direct deposit. All tours need to be pre-paid before departure.
 

Booking Deadline

Tours booking deadline: 31 August 2012. Any tours reservation request submitted to Imfunzelelo after this date and all on site reservation requests will be subject to availability.
 

Confirmation

Once your tour reservation request is received, we will email you an invoice/confirmation letter summarizing tour details and status.
 

Cancellation Policy

The date of cancellation shall be deemed to be the date on which the written notification is received in the Imfunzelelo office.
 

0 - 15 days prior to commencement:  25% of the total tour cost

14 - 8 days prior to commencement:  50% of the total tour cost

7 days or less prior to commencement:  100% of the total tour cost

Please note that the above cancellation policies only apply to day tours in Cape Town. Cancellation policies for overland tours are based on individual departures and will be communicated with the itinerary.
 

Children

Children under 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.                  
No unaccompanied children will be permitted on any tour.
